| Who are the people behind CATS? Jeannie McGeehin is the manager of CATS. She is based in Shillingford, Oxfordshire. Please telephone Jeannie 01865 858825 or Ken Strong established CATS in 1992. He saw the need for the service through his work with The Vale of the White Horse District Council. Sadly, Ken died in November 2007. His wishes were followed as CATS was taken over by Jeannie McGeehin, his daughter. Jenny Robinson is the Control Centre and Elderly Services Manager at Oxford City Council Control Centre. She manages a dedicated team of operators who are there 24 hours a day to answer calls from people seeking help.  Vanessa: one of the Control Centre Operators |
